Questia Library is my favorite book app so far! Easy to use for research and a great deal.

My opinion is that Questia developed excellent app which easy to use even for people who do not knows IPhone or IPod ability in full. Questia presented wonderful collection of content and useful tools. After I create an account I was able to login to Questia from my PC using the same logins and read the same books on line. So, now Questia stays with me 24 hr a day. When I read others reviews I was really got surprised about them. I Think they written by mistake about some other product.

I have a Questia subscription, and there have been times where Ive needed to spot check something for assignment purposes on the fly and this app has been a great help in doing that. i highly recommend this app to anyone with a Questia subscription.

I really enjoy Questias huge library, but running an iPhone native app on an iPad is always a sore sight. Please consider building out for the iPad. And maybe swipe gestures? Those are pretty intuitive.

The Questia service is good and quite helpful for my PhD research. I love the online service and thought that this app was fantastic for accessing the tremendous library on my iPhone. Its really too bad that they have not yet released an iPad-specific version, as display quality certainly suffers from the lower resolution. Please, release a version of this great app for iPad soon and Ill give it 5 stars.

I downloaded the app and lost my password. You cant reset it unless you call a 1-800 #. When you call they tell u someone will get back to u within 48 hrs. Still waiting......

The Questia subscription service, particularly the annual version at $100 a year, is an excellent value. You receive instant electronic access to thousands of scholarly books and journals -- any one of which may cost that or more. Yet the barely functional, buggy, and unstable Questia App is hugely disappointing. It appears that the marketers behind the Questia service wanted something to suffice for just 24 hours -- its free demo period -- only long enough before you needed to subscribe as a paying customer or forget the whole thing. The Web-based experience is slightly better, but antiquated as well. Help files discuss options for using either Internet Explorer or Netscape Browsers.

This is truly a stellar service and value, but the app has basic problems that make it frustrating to use. For example, you cant erase a "search" once you have entered it. You have to log out of the application if you want to start a new search. This is really basic, folks! And you cant highlight texts using the iPhone or iPad - which would be a wonderful help. As another reviewer said, the web based interface is clunky, but basically functional. The library access, though, for the money just cannot be praised enough. If you are doing research, its an invaluable tool. Just wish they had put more work into their user experience. And I really hope they improve the functionality of the iPhone and iPad apps - amazing research tools!

Actually I find using this app preferable for reading to the full-scale site of this amazing service. The most annoying feature is that it after the iPad goes to sleep, the program will not return me to the location I left. I must bookmark the location every time. Adjusting font size is cumbersome as well. However, these are small things and not surprising since navigating the main program is byzantine and less user-friendly than this.

Ive waited several years to be able to read texts in the Questia website without incurring excruciatingly long painstaking page turning nightmares. This version is definitely cool on my iPad. I can turn a page easily, ad read it like a book. I love it. Its a home run for me. Thanks so much.

This app is perfect if you have to research while on the go. Great content, all scholarly and citable, which you can save for when you are ready to write. Lets you keep making forward progress on assignments during time that would otherwise be downtime. Totally recommend.

When you download the free app youre able to search for stuff, view it mobile-friendly, and have it all saved in a folder. since i have a subscription im able to see the entire book or article I want when Im away from my computer, like in class. Thanks; really great app.

I really like the new app. It has more free content than the previous version which will appeal to people who arent subscribers. If you are a subscriber, (and I recommend you become one), the interface is much more intuitive and nicer to read. Especially on an iPad. Good job Questia.

Finally an app that allows you to save your research as you go and take notes that youre going to need later, when you begin writing. The search functionality is fast and accurate, the reading interface is smooth and easy on the eyes, and the best feature of all, Im not tied to my laptop anymore! I can access my saved projects from anywhere! Thanks Questia!

This app is awesome for research in between classes and the project management tools definitely speed up the paper process. The previous version was good, but this update is easier to navigate and nicer to read on. Theres even some great novels on there for when youre sick of work. Love it.

It seems to be just me, looking at the reviews, but Ive had nothing but problems with the new version. It crashes. It logs me out all the time. There is a page turn delay. I cant highlight text. I had none of these problems before.
