Fantastic Service, but second rate App

This is truly a stellar service and value, but the app has basic problems that make it frustrating to use. For example, you cant erase a "search" once you have entered it. You have to log out of the application if you want to start a new search. This is really basic, folks!

And you cant highlight texts using the iPhone or iPad - which would be a wonderful help.

As another reviewer said, the web based interface is clunky, but basically functional. The library access, though, for the money just cannot be praised enough. If you are doing research, its an invaluable tool. Just wish they had put more work into their user experience. And I really hope they improve the functionality of the iPhone and iPad apps - amazing research tools!
